Braeden's Solution

Our niece, Cameron, has a Barbie car that the kids all wanted to ride in, but there isn't room for all three kids at the same time. Our always thinking son came up with the perfect solution all on his own. Travis found the kids doing this and had to video tape it. Problem solved and all three kids are thrilled.

Cereal Time

After a couple of weeks of staring at all of us while we ate, I finally gave Eden her 1st taste of rice cereal. She immediately took to it and LOVED it. She was giggling and opening her mouth wide open for more. She was just over 5 months when we gave it to her. Aside from a recent bout of colds, she's been a great sleeper so the cereal really didn't change anything. I'll wait until she's over 6 months old to add some fruits and veggies.

The Kansas City Zoo

Eden took her 1st trip to the KC zoo a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, we picked the hottest day of the summer to go. The kids were awesome and just happy to be there despite the heat. Eden was such a good baby. She loves to be outside, so she didn't seem to mind the intense heat.
