Video of Eden

I thought I would try to upload a video of Miss Eden. I believe it's from May when she was 3 months old. She's giggling and talking so much more now. I'll have to add a newer one soon.

The girls got baptized!

Lydia and Eden were baptized together on May 25 at our church, The Church of the Resurrection. Lydia was very excited to get to share that moment with her little sister. We had moved around so much when Lydia was an infant that we never got her baptized. Eden did great and it was a wonderful day. We had so many family members attend the baptism and had a nice lunch afterwards in honor of the girls.

Lydia's Dance Recital

Lydia had her dance recital at Rockhurst High School on May 24th. This is her 2nd yr with Powerhouse Dance. She loves dancing and performing. She had a great turnout for her performance. So good that I think she paid more attention to her family than her dancing. I have decided that in the future we need to sit in a location that we can see her, but she can't see us.

Eden is 4 months old already

Eden had her 4 month well check on Thursday. I can not believe she's already 4 months old. She's a little peanut for having been 9lbs 1oz when she was born. She currently weighs 12lbs 13oz which I believe is in the 25th percentile for weight. She long just like her siblings though...surprise. Eden has been such a wonderful addition to our family. The kids really enjoy her and she LOVES nothing more than watching them. She's been sleeping through the night for sometime now...thank goodness for that. She really likes the exersaucer, but still hates tummy time. She's grabbing everything within her reach. The kids understand that they can't hand her their tiniest toys, but haven't figured out that they also can't give her their spoon or pen.
